Yoga Practice

Ashley began practicing yoga as a broken down, life long runner.  Knee pain with every step slowly subsided as she was introduced to the Iyengar method of yoga.  Ashley has studied with Patricia Walden and Jarvis Chen since 2006, and became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in 2017. 

Ashley teaches weekly classes at MIT Medical and MIT School of Architecture + Planning.
