Yoga Practice

Ashley began practicing yoga as a broken down, life long runner.  Knee pain with every step slowly subsided as she was introduced to the Iyengar method of yoga.  Ashley has studied with with Patricia Walden, Jarvis Chen and Nancy Turnquist since 2006, and completed Patricia’s two-year teacher training program in 2015. 

Along with teaching classes at MIT Medical, Ashley assists in weekly classes with Jarvis Chen at Down Under Yoga Brookline.
